MOTHERs DAY

WE CELEBERATE THE MOTHER DAY.  WHY ? WE SPEAK ABOUT THIS DAY. WE WRITE ABOUT THIS DAY. BUT WHAT IS THE NECESSITY ? IN OUR CULTURE EVERY DAY IS PARENTS DAY. WY DO WE NOT REMEMBER LOARD GANESHA, DHRUV, SHRAVAN KUMAR, LOARD RAMA, KRISHNA, DEVDATT @ BHISHM PITAMAH,KAPILMUNI UTTANAPAD, MAHATMA GANDHI. WHY DO WE NEED THE LAW OF MAINTAINCE FOR THE ELDERS IN INDIA ?

माँ तब भी रोती थी, जब बेटा रोटी नहीं खाता  था !

 माँ आज भी रोती  है;  जब बेटा रोटी नहीं देता !!

हमारा दिल अपने घर परिवार समाज और देश के लिए धड़कता है . देश काल और परिस्थितियों से प्रभावित होकर ; दिल में दया , करूणा , मैत्री , प्रेम , इर्ष्या, क्रोध , नफरत , द्वेष आदि मनोभाव ; दिल में पल -पल आते -जाते रहते हैं . मन की गति असीमित है ; वह एक क्षण में करोड़ों मील चला जाता है .किन्तु वह देखता तो सही है
- मन से कोई बात छुपे न मन के नैन हज़ार !!

मन की चंचलता निश्चय में बाधा उत्पन्न करती है . दृढ निश्चय के लिए बुद्धि सहायता देती है . बुद्धि से निश्चित किये गए निर्णय को लागु करने के लिए विवेक का सहारा लेना पड़ता है ; जो अपने पराये से ऊपर है . कहना जितना आसान   है ; करना उतना ही मुश्किल . फिर भी हम कुछ प्रयास तो करें . शायद पहले की कुछ गलतियों को सुधार  लें !!

DESH, KAL, AUR PARISTHITIYO SE PRBHAVIT HOKAR; DIL ME DAYA, KARUNA, MAITRI, PREM, IRSYA, KRODH, NAFRAT, DVESH AADI MANOBHAV; DIL ME PAL-PAL AATE-JATE RAHTE HAI. MAN KI GATI ASIMIT HAI; WAH EK KSHAN ME KARORO MEEL CHALA JATA HAI.KINTU VAH DEKHTA TO SAHI HAI -

MAN SE KOI BAAT CHHUPE N MAN K NAIN HAZAR!!  

MAN KI  CHANCHALTA NISCHAY ME BADHA UTPANN KARTI HAI. DRIDH NISCHAY K LIYE  BUDDHI SAHAYTA DETI HAI. BUDDHI SE NISHCHIT KIYE GAYE NIRNAY KO LAGU KARNE KE LIYE  VIVEK KA SAHARA LENA PADTA HAI; JO APNE PARAYE SE UPAR HAI. KAHNA JITNA ASAN HAI; KARNA UTNA HI MUSHKIL. FIR BHI HAM KUCHH PRYAS TO KARE. SHAYAD PAHALE KI KUCHH GALATIYO KO SUDHAR LE !!

JUSTICE IS HURRIED,
JUSTICE IS WORRIED !
JUSTICE IS DELAYED ,

THIS MOTO OF OUR JUDICIARY EXPLAINS THE FAIR &; RIGHT JUSTICE IN RIGHT TIME. IN PRACTICE THOUSANDS OF CASES INCREASE EVERY YEAR. ONLY A COMMON MAN SUFFERS BY THIS PENDANCY.
JUCTICE HAS ALSO BECOME APPROACHABLE. ACCOMODATIVE PERSON GETS HIS RELIEF IN PROPER TIME. AS WE SEE VIPs OR RESOURSFUL PERSON APPROACHES THE COURTS VERY EASILY; WHILE A COMMON MAN HAVE TO THINK ABOUT HIS MEANS ; TIME &  BREAD.
LALU PRASAD YADAV, MAYAWATI, HARSHAD MEHTA; AMBANI BROTHERS AFZAL GURU, SHIBU SOREN, CP JOSHI, COL BHAWANLI SINGH, VASUNDHRA RAJE , CAPTAIN AMRENDRA SINGH; AND THOUSANDS OF EMINENT s; THIS IS A LIST OF ENDLESS PERSONs WHO TRY TO GET A BENLIFIT OF LOOP WHOLES OF THE SYSTEM. USUALLY THEY WANT TO LINGER ON THE MATTER OR TRY TO ENHANCE THEIR NAME & FAME ; OR CREATE OR DEMOLISH SOME SCANDAL  OR SOME PERSONAL ANXIETY  IT IS TOTALLY MISUSE OF POWER,  MONEY AND TIME ON THE COST OF NEEDY CLIENTS.
SUCH CASES WASTE LOT OF  TIME, OF THE COURTS.  HENCE THE POOR AND NEEDY SUFFERS  FOR MANY YEARS. AT LAST WHEN THE RESULT COMES;  IT IS TOO LATE, THAT ALL IN VAIN.

RAILWAY STATIONs

• croweded platforms -
• Indian railway has it's  vast network. It is the largest public transportation & carriage system in the country. perhaps it is also the cheapest public transport network; because our constitution provides the concept of a welfare state; hence it runs with NO PROFIT NO LOSS.
  This reason enables the  people to travel by the trains; in respect of any other transport system. The another markable reason is that , in long journey,  it is more comfertable than the roads.   .    So our trains, platforms & as wel as the railway  permises are always over crowded. SEVERAL TIMEs DUE TO SOME TECHNICAL PROBLEMs or LATE RUNNING OF  THE SHEDULELD TRAINs; railway authorities have to change the shaduled platform of a perticular train, at the last moment. It causes a great reshuffling and hurry to the passengers of  that train. In these circumstances Elders, children & ladies suffer more . It also causes the incidents of thefts, lootings, injuries, other kind of mishappenings and even deaths.
  The railway authorities, passanngers and the pubslic should try to stop these incidents -
  1 - The railway authorities, should ensure that; no platform should be changed at the last moment. The announcements should be clear.
  
  2 - Passengers should keep patience and be aware of the announcements. They should travel light.
  3 - public should be sinceare about the crowds and mishappenings. They should avoid themselves from unneccessory crowds in the railway platforms & permises.

BRAVO Dr SAMIT SHARMA

Respected elders &  my friends,

It is my second blog & I want to introduce you;

Dr Samit Sharma, an IAS officer, and now posted as the District Collector & District Magistrate at Nagaur, Rajasthan. He was a doctor & later selected in Indian Administrative Services. He continued his work; at Low cost Generic medcines, while he was posted at Jodhpur, Alwar, Jhalawar, Chittaurhgarh & Nagaur. Generic medicines are approximate 20% of cost; in comparasion to the branded companies; because these are based on salt composition. Dr Sharma says that almost 40000 people die per day, due to non availability of medicine; because they have no funds for the costly branded medicine. Government of Rajasthan, also have ordered to all the medical officers, to prescribe only the generic medicines. It is a matter of proud, not only for the Nagaur district, but also for the whole State of Rajasthan; that Dr Samit Sharma has been awarded by Hon'ble Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh  for his work at the civil day of 21st of April, 2010, in New Delhi. May Almighty God Bless us; & show the path of humanity & mankind, as we may help the poor & needy. Let us motivate the people, for the generic medicines.
