MUNSHI PREM CHAND EXPOSED THE FALSE FRIENDS IN "SHATRANJ K KHILADI" WHO DISREGARD THEIR SOCIAL &; MORAL LIABILITES. SUCH PERSON HAVE ONLY THEIR OWN AGENDA.  THEY HAVE NO MEAN WHETHER THAT IS RIGHT OR WRONG!
WE HAVE TO EXPOSE AND AVOID THOSE.

CHARAN SPARSH TO ALL RESPECTED ELDERS &  ALL MY HONOURABLE TEACHERS:
To-day is GURU-PURNIMA ; A great day when we may think about our status ? How we reached at this honourable stage? Our teachers; our elders; our parents tried hard for us. Every success of life is the result of  some instructions which we had got and followed. So many times they have tried again and again for us .
Every elder is respectabele & all the teachers who taught us directly or indirectly are maker of our life. All the person who guided or directed us, are in the category of a teacher. We should oblige heartly; as well as honour them. Even all the elders are respectable. Why we have forgotten  our culture and tradition? Why we are not caring our elders? Why do we not remember the story of Munshi Prem Chand "BUDHI- KAKI". Where is our humanity and kindness? What is the reason that our lagislature had to enact the law about maintainence of the elders?
MAA TAB BHI ROTI THI ; JAB BETA BHUKHA REHTA THA !
MAA AB BHI ROTI HAI ; JAB BETA BHOOKHA RAKHTA HAI !!

My sincearity touchs in depth of my heart.
These lines are just like the DIRECTIVE PRINCIPLEs OF OUR CONSTITUTION. In part 4 article 36 to 51 are the guidlines for the State. Although these are not enforcable by any court, but these are the fundamentals for a Welfare State. This concept liables the Civil Administration, Police, Judiciary, Society, Industry, & all other authorities, organisations & institutions; to adopt the policy for a commom man.
when we listen that WARREN ENDERSON, the main accused of UNION CARBIDE TRAGIDY, 1985 IN BHOPAL, was released, protected and migrated by Chief  Minister, Chief Secretary, District Magistrate and Superintendent of Police, then what can we imagine about  the civil administration ? ?
DEVRISHI NARAD ji educated DHARM RAJ YUDHISTHAR in INDRAPRASTH about "RAJA KE KARTAVYA AUR AKARTAVYA". Later Kautilya @ Chanakya alsö described in detail, the duties & function øf a ruler. Raja Vikrmaditya,Raja Bhoj, Chhatrapati Shiwaji, Maharaja Ranjeet Singh, Akbar are the most popular for their JUSTICE. A very simple theory of JUSTICE is to imagine himself, as an applicant. - MAN SE KÖI BAAT CHHUPE NA !MAN KE NAIN HAZAR !!
When we try to solve a problem conscientiously; then nø doubt, we reach to a destination. We shöuld try to adopt this aproach, to solv our social, economic, leagal, moral & family problems. We can reduce our tensions & make our life, easier. Nøt only the civilized person; but the criminals alsø cann't ignöre their conscientious : -
