Father's day

Today is father's day.

I think it is a Western concept; because for us, Indians everyday is A FAMILY DAY. VASUDHAIV KUTUMBKAM IS THE MOTTO OF OUR CULTURE. Many time we want to tell or guide or suggest our youngest  but due to some hesitation or social environment ,we feel helpless to express ourselves due to circumstances. We want to indicate them the mistakes; or dangers , or way of work & skills.

Often I hesitate to express my views to my children  as I think , they are quite young, and perhaps they know more. But I always wrong. As later any time, I find that , it was my mistake , not to aware them about a particular matter.
SEVERAL TIMES IT COSTS ME A LOT .

Although my parents, being resourceless, brought-up me well; but having full resources and plenty of availability ; I could not devote my time and knowledge to my children. My children care me more than , I have cared my parents.
In Ek Phool, Do Mali Late shri Balraj Sahani expressed a  father -
   Aaj ungali tham ke teri   ; Tujhe mai chalna sikhlau!
 Kal haath pakadna mera ; Jab mai boodha ho jau  !!
I think a lot about these lines , and it was my desire ;to have a joint photo of my father along with me and my son expression of the above lines. But It can never fulfill .
 Hindu faith dreams himself in his next generation -
आज उंगली थाम के तेरी; तुझे मैं चलना सिखलाऊं !
कल हाथ पकड़ना मेरा; जब मैं बूढा हो जाऊं !!!
Mere baad bhi is duniya me; Zinda mera naam rahega !
Jo bhi tujko dekhe               ; Tujhe mera laal kahega  !! 
Tere roop me mil jaye         ; mujhko jeevan dobara   !!!
मेरे बाद भी इस दुनिया में ; जिंदा मेरा नाम रहेगा !
जो  भी  तुझको    देखे;       तुझे मेरा लाल कहेगा !!
तेरे रूप में मिल जाये,      मुझको जीवन दोबारा !!!
And at last, I remember  voice or late shri MUKESH JI IN  film KABHI-KABHI-
KAL                           AUR               AYENGE   !
NAGMO KI KHILTI KALIYA CHUNANE WALE!!

MUJHSE       BEHTAR     KAHNE       WALE!!!

TUMSE      BEHTAR     SUNANE      WALE!!!!
MASROOF ZAMANA MERE LIYE , KYON WAQT APNA BARBAD KARE !!!!

कल और आयेंगे, नगमों की खिलती कलियाँ चुनने वाले; 
मुझसे बेहतर कहने वाले, तुमसे बेहतर सुनने वाले !!
मसरूफ ज़माना मेरे लिए; क्यों वक़्त अपना बरबाद करे !!!
